America says goodbye to a Bud
156 years of family history ends today as ownership of American held Anheuser-Busch (BUD), brewer of Budweiser changes hands to Belgian-Brazillian company InBev (INBVF) in a 52 billion takeover deal. The company headquarter will remain in St.Louis, MO. Asset liquidation to help finance the deal may include sales of many of the A-B properties including Busch Gardens and Sea World.
