Pink Ivory Turning Blank 1-1/2”” x 1-1/2”” x 24””Widely considered one of the rarest and most difficult woods to find, Pink Ivory is prized for its excellent turning qualities and striking color. Initially a uniform pink tone, the heartwood acquires a deep copper-brown patina over time. The wood has a silky-fine texture, and also works well for carving. These blanks are available in an assortment of sizes for bowls, platters, carvings, bottle stoppers, chess pieces, tool handles, table legs, spindles, finials, candlesticks and whatever else your imagination can conjure up!
