2010 Photo Contest Entry Instructions

	Members Home Bar Photo Contest
	You could win $50.00! Barplan.com is holding another bar photo and video contest. All new members of the site will be automatically entered into the contest. Existing members are also eligible if they submit a photo, video clip or comment as their official contest entry to : barphotos@barplan.com. Please read the the contest guidelines below...

New Members or existing members can win!
As of 11/1/2011, all new members are automatically entered into the contest. You can also submit a second photo entry of your project before, after or both. Limit of two entries.
Grab your digital camera and capture the best views of your project for all the world to see.

Existing Barplan.com members: to enter just e-mail your photos or movies along with any comments related to your project. Qualifying entries require only one photo, but feel free to send in as many as you like! Party photos and movies are also accepted.

Past entries may also re-submit for 2012.

Contest Deadline: December 31st 2012

Contest open to active site members only. The winner will be selected from all combined entries consisting of new member automatic entries and existing member photo, testimonial or simple name & email entries. Photo or testimonial is NOT required to participate.
All entries will be combined for the random drawing - winner will be announced by email.

1. Photo is not required to enter drawing.

2. If sending photos, please consider composition, framing, lighting & focus.
3. Testimonials, project description & comments, under 500 words please.

4. Show off your project "Uniqueness" & any custom modifications.

5. Adding active party scenes or group photos are welcomed!
6. New and existing member entries are all eligible.
7. Limit of 2 entries per person for each contest peroid.
8. Be sure your profile data (login required) is correct so we may contact you.

Winner will be announced 30 days after the contest entry deadline. Winner will be notified by e-mail within 24 hours of selection. Winner must respond within 5 business days in order to claim their prize. If winner fails to respond within 5 days, another winner will be drawn. Entry in the contest constitutes acknowledgment of winner's consent allowing the use of his/her name, and/or likeness on the barplan.com web site.

By participating in this contest/survey, you agree to all existing barplan.com site terms and agreements.

This contest is open to all persons, age 18 and older, who are legal residents of the United States. Employees of Microlinx Technologies and their immediate families all NOT eligible. Offer void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Taxes on the prizes are the responsibility of the winner.

All prizes will be awarded. Limit of one prize per individual, family or household per year. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed. Verification needed to claim your prize will be requested at the time you are notified that you are the winner. A minimum number of entries must be submitted to process a drawing for any month.

All entries will be checked to ensure the fairness of the contest. barplan.com reserves the right to withdraw any entries, at its sole discretion, in order to maintain the fairness and validity of the contest. Any entrant that violates the rules of this contest in any way (as determined at the sole discretion of barplan.com shall be withdrawn from the current contest and prohibited from participating in any future contests. All decisions are final.
