• Why Do I Need a Membership?
  Your membership gives you complete access to all of our Home Bar Plans and the entire Bar Building Community website. The site includes all downloadable plan documents in Adobe .PDF format for easy printing from your own PC Printer.
  The one time membership fee offsets the cost of hosting and bandwidth.
  
• Is Ordering From & Logging Into This Site Secure?
  Absolutely. All form data from this domain is secure.
  Always check for https:// in the browser address box and look for the
  padlock icon in your browser. You safety & privacy are our #1 concern.
  Since we are a membership site that requires a login, our site is regularly scanned by a third party (see bottom of any page) to eliminate any security vulnerabilities.

• How Do I Pay?
  On the signup page you have the following three options:
  Authorize. net, - Pay Pal  payment or Mail Order.
  All Credit Card payments are processed instantly. Of course, Pay Pal eCheck and Postal Mail Orders require a delay of several days for processing.
  
•  What Happens After I Complete My Payment?
  A copy of the username and password will immediately be sent to the email address you provide. Everything is automatic, even at 3:00 am.
  
• What is all included for my Membership?
  Unlimited access to all plans, the Builder's Forum and the Builder's Gallery with over 6000+ photos of completed bars, The CHBD resizing tool plus bonus downloads like the Hamm's Beer Sign. For more info, please see the What You Get Page.
  
• Do You Send The Plans by Postal Mail?
  No, the plans are available for instant download from the online membership site. 
  Plans are printable in PDF format from your browser to your printer.
  
• Is Any Special Software Required?
  No. Only a standard web browser with Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Flash Player Plug-in.
  Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0+, Fire Fox or Safari (MAC) browsers recommended.
  The FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader - is required.
  The FREE Macromedia Flash Player - is required for movies.
  You will be prompted if they are not installed.
  MS Internet Explorer version 6+ is required for CHBD resizing tool.
  
• How Much Do the Required Building Materials Cost?
  Prices vary between $150 for the straight versions and and $250 for the easy L-shaped version, but you can spend as much as you like if you upgrade to high quality stock. Prices will vary from state to state and if you upgrade to oak or better stock.
  Expensive brass railings or custom laminated parts are completely optional. 
  
• What Tools are Required?
  Just the basics : A Hammer, Cordless (order regular corded) drill, Circular Saw and/or, Power Miter Saw, tape measure, square, pencil.
  
• How Many Different Designs are Included?
  All of Them!

  Plans are in 3D .PDF printable format and include our exclusive 3D Assembly Movies.
   
• Am I charged EVERY Month?
  NO! This is a one time payment to join. Once you join, you are a member for 
  the life of the selected membership. There is NO recurring billing.
  
  Notice: Per our terms of serice, you must maintinaini a working profile, especially your email address. We send periodic emails and if your email bounces, your account risks being expired (4 years after the initial bounce). If your account has expired, you can either provide us with your original receipt or simply rejoin the site at the new rate.  Always RETAIN YOUR RECEIPT to ensure your long term membership.
   
  If you're a new member and you think you have been billed more than once, we need to know about it immediately. You should never be billed more than whatever the current price is set at when you join. As more plans are added, we may increase the initial price to join, but ONLY for NEW SIGNUPS, so joining today is the best deal!
  
• How Do I Get Into The Plans Site?
  The membership site is located here. To access the ste and plan documents, you first need to purchase an access key which consists of a username and password. 
  Your access key may be purchased here.
  Then just click here to log in.
  
• HELP! - I ordered but did not receive my username and password
  and I have no idea how to log into the members area to get my plans!
  
  The login page is: https://www.barplan.com/member/login.php
  and this login link can be found at the top right of every page on this site.
  
  If you are using America Online, Yahoo, Hotmail, SBCGlobal:
  Check you SPAM BOX in your email panel. The signup email may have gone there.
  You should also test your email account using the Email Test on the Support Page.
  
  If you experience any sign up problems please use the Contact Form.
  This form text messages my cell phone for prompt response, unless
  it's 3am. During normal hours, response is usually within the hour.
  
  There is also help & automated password lookup at the members site.
  It is located at the bottom of the LOGIN page.
  

• I already paid using Pay Pal e-Check but it says 
  I have no active subscription yet!
  This is completely normal and due to Pay Pal's eCheck policy.
  Pay Pal's e-Check payment is just like a personal check, it requires the funds to clear your bank and the Pay Pal system before they send us the IPN (Instant Payment Notification) data bit which activates your account.
  
  This delay typically takes 3 to 4 business days.
  International orders take a bit longer.
