The EHBP-20 Party Hut concept is a simple guideline for building a covered outdoor bar.
Because everyone has different tastes, and due to varied sizes, this is not going to be a
“Saunder’s” type project plan. For now, it is a guide only.
This area will answers any questions you may have.

Before you start, you should put together a parts list for the materials you decide to use.
These materials should be suitable to meet any local building codes.

It is recommended that you use TREATED lumber for lower framing if you intend to place the bar directly in contact with the ground.
Treated lumber is not required for placement on a deck structure.

Suggested materials for the stock design include:

      _Qty___Material_________________________________________
      4 – 6″ x 6″ x 12′ – beams for roof support
      20 – 2″ x 4″ x 8′ – lumber for lower framing.
      2 – 2″ x 10″ x 14′ – side sill boards (double quantity for high snow load regions).
      2 – 2″ x 10″ x 8′ – end sill boards.
      1 – 2″ x 8″ x 14′ – ridge board.
      22 – 2″ x 6″ x 8′ – trusses (16″ OC spacing – use less if you decide on 24″ OC spacing)
      2 – 1″ x 6″ x 14′ – Fascia boards.
      7 – 2″ x 8″ x 10′ – foot rest framing.
      4 – 2″ x 8″” x 8′ – foot rest framing.
      2 – 4′ x 8′ x 3/4″ – plywood. Bar top.
      3 – 4′ x 8′ x 1/2 – plywood. Exterior sheeting.
