Sorry, just realized I posted this in the general section.
I am going to build the 45 degree L shape bar and would like to have a kegorator on one end and a mini fridge on the other. What is my best plan of attack here? Is it only accomplished by making of the Section A or can I fit a fridge somehow under a Section C?

It would take a little manual reconfiguration, but you could just frame out two section A’s, laying out one normally and the other in reverse and use it to replace section C. The CHBD is NOT required to do this. Just understand the basic core framing and modify it as need.
