Hi, I’m building the 45 degree L shape bar and at a section that I can’t figure out. #81 beer gutter left calls for 8″ with and calls for a 1×6 board.
      #82 call for 7.5″ for a 1×6 board. #83 calls for 5.5″. What am I missing.
Need help so I can finish before next weekend.

      thanks,
      tim

        a 1″ x 8″ board is actually .75″ x 7.75″ (or in some cases as small as 7.5″)
        a 1″ x 6″ board is actually .75″ x 5.75″ (or on some cases as small as 5.5″)

        These are finish sizes.
The 1/4″ or 1/2″ difference does not matter.
You can get by using just 1″ x 6″ boards for the entire beer gutter.

There is ample overhang to hold it in place once it is sandwiched between the base and top layer of the bar top.

Elite – I beleive the confusion arises in that the material type for those parts is not quite right in the CHBD database. I’ll fix that ASAP. Busy updating the forum & gallery areas right now. Thanks!
