If you are simply having local PC or printer problems preventing you from printing the documents, no refund will be issued.
We can not be responsible for fixing technical issues with equipment, although the forum has several posts to help resovle just about
any printing issues.
Acrobat documents are globally accessable and can always be printed or simply read from the screen.
