Thank you. I took part B3 down to 32 inches. I didn’t have room to make it any deeper. This leaves just enough room to fit behind the bar. I also have that dumb beam in the way but I think it’s going to fit just fine.

I made some progress. I left off part C, and omitted most of part B3 so it fits nicely in my space. To answer your question, I’m sure you could leave off B1 completely. and your bar will be sturdy enough to dance on when it’s finished.

That’s exactly the layout I’m planning to try except mine would be a mirrored in the opposite direction. I don’t know if we can completely omit B1 (or B3 in my case), but I’m planning on making B3 much shorter than the plan shows. I don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t work.
