First Annual Guppy Bowl

2022 marked the first annual Guppy Bowl, the guppy version of the Super Bowl. The inaugural event took place at Ernie’s Place (Stadium), a 42 gallon Euro fish tank located at the barplan.com headquarters. The game experienced a few problems, most notably, the team was not prepared and we lacked enough players. By next year, we may have too many players, but we’ll devise the new rules to accommodate the rapidly growing roster.

In case you didn’t know, Ernie is a 2 year old golden algae eater. He can be seen in the video below cavorting in and out of his hiding places. Ernie’s Place is named after you guessed it, Ernie the algae eater. These games were his idea.

As usually, Ernie was referee and drink master. Basically any time Ernie appeared out of his many hiding places, the fans take a drink (soda OR adult beverage of your choice).
