I have a question regarging the kegger bar armrest. With the small 2″ armrest overhang on top of the bartop, would glue on the bartop surface and 1 1/4″ screws from undeneath be enough to support the armrest? I would prefer not to countersink the screws from the armrest top. Would the screws strip out with too much pressure on the edge of the armrest?
I used liquid nails and 1.25 inch wood screws counter sunk from underneath and it is very strong. Just be sure not to drive screws to deep. I was a little unsure at first but now I am satisfied.
