You’ll notice material prices in the CHBD are quite low, that’s because they were entered in about 2009, when prices were much lower than today, but it’s a great time capsule.
You know you’ll be paying more, so just tack on a few hundred more. Gotta love inflation.Who wants to see the prices updated for 2025?
