I am looking at building the 45 degree bar, but without the lower bar area. I just want one even bar height all the way around. Also I would like to add inside shelving. Can you help me with how to do that?

Also, what do you use the finish the frame on the inside so that it’s not just the 2×4’s showing?

        Hi Jeff

Without redesigning the entire bar, you could just eliminate the lower countertop parts as tHey are not structural.

As far as how to finish the back side, the less expensive option is black paint. It’s a technique often used in theater.

        Thanks!
