we are opening a small cafe’ and have built the L shaped bar, non kegger.. 26″ wide. need to have a glass washer, triple bowl sink and all beer taps are being run to basement walk in, with a tap coming up thru the bar top. can anyone tell me the spacing, good layout or what should placement be, our money pit won’t afford us an architect at this point! Can you post a drawing of what you have installed so far?
All I can say is arrange your equipment in a logical work flow, left to right, or right to left depending how items are returned to the bar.
Not sure this is the proper topic area for your question…what bar did you build? I assume the EHBP-02.
