    Hello,

I am in the process of finishing my basement. I am building the 45 degree bar and bar back. I would like to convert a chest freezer into a kegerator for my home brews. A small portion of my basement will remain unfinished–for utilities, storage, etc. T want to keep the freezer in the unfinished portion of the basement and run beer lines above the ceiling to the bar–probably about 30 feet.

Does anybody know what equipment I will need to facilitate this project? I already know how to build the chest freezer kegerator but I am unsure of the issues with running the tubes so far. How do I keep the beer in the lines chilled–or do I need to? Once the beer reaches the faucet at the bar, how do I chill it? I plan to have a chest freezer capable of housing 4 home brew kegs.

    Thanks!
