I’ve used the plans to build my straight keg bar to include the size fridge it calls for (2.7 cubic ft), but it still averages 6-7 degrees off of the desired temp I’m trying to hit (38 degrees). The only thing I didn’t include was some type of box fan. Does anyone recommend a box fan to fix this problem? And if so, is there a specific one to recommend? Also, is there a way to adjust the refrigerator thermostat so it has the ability to get colder then factory settings?
One word answer YES – this is discussed in many parts of this forum.
