It seems many folks are just picking the “general questions” category to post specific plan questions.
This will greatly delay any replies to your question.

So, before you post , please categorize your question and place in the proper category.
This will speed the response time greatly.

Your question may already be answered here, so before you post, you should first perform a forum search using the search box in the upper right corner of the page.
This will also speed up the Q&A process.

In 2012 I will begin culling all duplicate, incomplete & unanswered posts to make searches more relevant.
